Entra en servicio la nueva línea nocturna N21
A partir del 17 de julio de 2026 entra en servicio la nueva línea nocturna N21, que conectará Gavà Mar, Gavà, Viladecans y Sant Climent de Llobregat.
Nueva conexión nocturna entre Gavà Mar, Gavà y Viladecans
La nueva línea conecta el frente marítimo de Gavà Mar con el centro urbano de Gavà, incluida la conexión con la estación de Rodalies, y con el centro de Viladecans.
El servicio circulará con un intervalo de 90 minutos las noches de:
- Jueves.
- Viernes.
- Sábados.
- Vísperas de festivo.
Nuevo servicio nocturno en Sant Climent de Llobregat
La línea N21 también ofrecerá cobertura nocturna a Sant Climent de Llobregat.
A partir de la plaza de Europa de Viladecans, seguirá un recorrido prácticamente igual al de la línea L88 y finalizará en la plaza de la Vila de Sant Climent de Llobregat.
Con esta nueva línea se refuerzan las conexiones nocturnas entre el litoral, los centros urbanos de Gavà y Viladecans y Sant Climent de Llobregat.

Mejoran la frecuencia y la cobertura horaria de las líneas N14 y N16
A partir del 16 de julio de 2026, las líneas nocturnas N14 y N16 incorporan mejoras en la frecuencia de paso y en la cobertura horaria.
Línea N14: frecuencia de 15 minutos durante todo el año
La línea N14, que conecta Barcelona con el centro de Castelldefels, mejora su frecuencia de paso y pasará a circular cada 15 minutos todos los días del año.
Franjas de servicio:
- Todos los días: salidas desde Barcelona de 22:35 a 4:40 h y desde Castelldefels de 22:30 a 4:30 h.
- Noches de sábado a domingo y vísperas de festivo: salidas desde Barcelona de 22:35 a 5:00 h y desde Castelldefels de 22:30 a 5:10 h.
Línea N16: mayor cobertura horaria y más frecuencia
La línea N16, que conecta Barcelona con Bellamar, en Castelldefels, iniciará el servicio antes en ambos sentidos todos los días del año.
Además, la línea ofrecerá:
- Una frecuencia de 15 minutos todos los días de mayo a septiembre, y los sábados y vísperas de festivo de octubre a abril.
- Una frecuencia de 20 minutos de domingo a viernes, de octubre a abril, excepto las vísperas de festivo.

The N12 route introduces separate winter and summer timetables
From 16 July 2026, the N12 night bus route will operate with two different timetables depending on the time of year.
- Winter timetable, from 1 October to 30 April: departure times for services starting in Barcelona will be updated with a 10-minute adjustment.
- Summer timetable, from 1 May to 30 September: the service will remain unchanged.

Se modifica el horario empezando el servicio una hora antes por la mañana, todos los días, siendo la primera salida a las 9:00 de la mañana.

Improvements to the metropolitan bus service: changes to lines X83, X84 and N12 from 16 March
From 16 March 2026, the Metropolitan Bus service will introduce several improvements to the network in order to enhance service coverage and adapt routes to the mobility needs of municipalities in the Baix Llobregat area.
The changes affect lines X83 (Gavà – Barcelona), X84 (Viladecans – Barcelona) and N12, including route extensions and minor timetable adjustments.
Line X83 (Gavà – Barcelona): route extended to the cemetery
Line X83, which connects Gavà with Barcelona (Maria Cristina), will extend its route to the Gavà Cemetery, increasing service coverage within the municipality.
This extension will allow the line to serve additional areas of the city and make public transport more accessible to local residents.
The line will continue to operate with a 15-minute frequency during the morning peak, although minor timetable adjustments have been made to accommodate the new route.
Line X84 (Viladecans – Barcelona): route extension
Line X84, which connects Viladecans with Barcelona (Maria Cristina), will extend its route to Avinguda Fraternitat (Baseball Field).
This change improves connectivity with this area of Viladecans and expands the coverage of the metropolitan bus service.
The line will also maintain a 15-minute frequency during the morning period, with minor timetable adjustments to adapt to the new route.
Line N12: route extension in the Mas Lluí neighbourhood
Line N12 will extend its route through the Mas Lluí neighbourhood, in the direction of Sant Feliu de Llobregat, improving night service coverage in this area.
With this extension, the night bus will serve more streets within the neighbourhood, making it easier to connect with the rest of the public transport network during night hours.
