Lost items

Our task involves managing the lost and found service with the aim of coordinating, supervising, and providing adequate information to travelers about items found on buses.

If you need assistance, you can call the customer service office at 900 859 969. If you consider it necessary, you also have the option to record your request by filling out the corresponding form.

Lost items that are not claimed and do not have valuable documents or elements are handed over in approximately 7 days to the entity Solidança, a non-profit association dedicated to the socio-labor integration of individuals in situations of social vulnerability. Additionally, they offer services in the environmental field and in the management, revaluation, and disposal of waste.

Valuable items, such as wallets, mobile phones, official documents, and/or personal documents, among others, are handed over to the Viladecans Local Police within a close timeframe of 48 hours.
